Description
TAP Series offers an online Food Service Worker’s Permit Training Course for Mid Ohio Valley Health District, West Virginia. The Mid Ohio Valley Health District Food Service Worker’s Course is required for all food workers employed in Calhoun, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roane, Wirt, and Wood Counties.
This course has been approved by the Mid Ohio Valley Health District and will certify you for three (3) years.
Upon successful completion of 70% or better, you will print your certificate.
TAP Series collects the $5.00 Health Department Fee on behalf of the Mid Ohio Valley Health District, and there are no further steps to be taken for your certificate to be valid.
