Meme Monday - I Spy Break Time

In California most employers must provide non-exempt employees paid off duty rest breaks based on the total hours worked daily. The paid break time is 10 minutes per four hours or major fraction thereof. However, a rest period need not be provided for employees whose total daily work time is less than three and one-half hours. Don't let gherkin trolls waste your time and hijack your assets, protect your business and your employees by documenting that your employees have taken their rest breaks. Check with your State's Labor Department and know you are meeting the law.
