Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) Certification Training Program

TAP Series Food Safety Manager Certification and HACCP Managers Certification courses prepare students for the certification examinations provided by Experior Assessments. This course was developed with, and is recognized by, NSF International. The course is an on-line version of the live NSF International HACCP Manager Certification course. The NSF International course is approved by the International HACCP Alliance. This course has been designed to provide trainees with information needed to effectively manage, organize, develop and implement a successful HACCP plan. The trainee will experience practical, real world interactive case studies that cover the "five preliminary steps" of a HACCP plan and the application of its "seven principles." Also included are NSF/HACCP plan development forms that can be printed out and used in the creation of your HACCP program

Certificates of Achievement:
Will be offered on-line for immediate printout for those that achieve scores of 80% or better on all lessons. These Certificates carry the American Hotel and Lodging Association - Educational Institute and American Culinary Federation logos. These organizations recognize this certification for their respective programs. Though not a requirement, further accreditation can be obtained through Experior Assessments by contacting Experior Assessments, and passing the HACCP Manager Certification exam.
